I’m 22 years old and a current resident of Georgia.

What are some job titles you’ve held?

  • Receptionist
  • Camp Counselor
  • Maintenance
  • Crew Member

What industries have you worked in?

  • Clergy
  • Recreation
  • Leisure/sport

How old were you when you were baptized?

How did a failure setup you up to have success being a missionary at work?
Being fired from the camp counselor job for sharing the gospel really got the nerves out. Now that it has happened before, I feel very bold and relaxed when sharing the gospel at work.

What’s a Bible verse that you want to share with your fellow workplace missionaries? Why?
1 Cor. 10:31

“Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

If you could tell the CEOs of the biggest companies in the world one sentence about Jesus, what would it be?
Since Jesus is real and is reigning now and forever, we must know that He is the only true life.

What’s the best spiritual investment you’ve made?
Being involved in a solid local church.

What seed planting tip would you share with your fellow workplace missionaries?
Remember that it is The Lord who changes hearts, not us! A seed planted can result in a nation after God’s heart.

What would you tell to young Christians who are entering the workforce for the first time?
Don’t forget that God is your ultimate boss. Dedicate your work to Him. Shoveling garbage, running a business and preaching can all be done to His glory–and should be.

When you find yourself focusing on worldly things, what do you do to refocus on following Jesus?
Spend time in the Word and in community. The greatest influences on my life are my Bible and my friends. Great Christian friends are absolutely essential!
